摘要：针对“停课不停教、停课不停学”大背景下的线上教学，以高职食品营养与检测专业《食品仪器分析技术》课程为例，对其优缺点进行了分析，并对线上线下教学的融合提出了自己的观点。

Reflections on the Online and Offline Teaching of Food Instrument Analysis Technology in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract：Aiming at the online teaching under the background of “continuous teaching without suspension, continuous learning without suspension”, this paper takes the course of food instrument analysis technology for food nutrition and testing major in higher vocational colleges as an example, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages，and puts forward my own views on the integration of online and offline teaching.
